Bahrain's SNIC goes live with new robust system

MANAMA: SNIC Insurance is pleased to announce another milestone to its digital transformation by launching its new core system TCS BaNCS, fulfilling the need towards having digitised insurance processes across all lines of business.

The core system provides SNIC with comprehensive solutions to the general and medical insurance, financials and business intelligence for all lines of business.

The system standardises and streamlines SNIC operation processes by allowing SNIC to provide high velocity responsiveness, providing quick service delivery and elevating the customers experience.

SNIC Insurance assistant general manager Ahmed Radhi stated: “As part of our ongoing journey of digital transformation, this project modernises our core applications which helps us in achieving our business growth by establishing a strong foundation for digitalisation and offer a consistent and contextual experience to our customers.”
