Azizi's Dubai residential tower 70% complete

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, said 70 per cent of the construction work has been completed on Azizi Star, one of 22 residential towers located at Al Furjan, an upcoming prime location in Dubai.

Working with well-established contractors and consultants, Azizi said the Azizi Star homes would be ready by year-end as part of its commitment for timely project delivery.

Located in the heart of the city, the 476-unit tower features 334 studios as well as 48 one- and 94 two-bedroom apartments, said the statement from Azizi Developments.

Thanks to its attractive pricing with home rates starting at Dh420,000 onwards along with a flexible payment plan options, the project has recorded a phenomenal investor response.

Azizi Star has a total gross floor area of 26,659 sq m with a 996 sq m retail precinct for the convenience of its residents. It offers a wide range of amenities such as two swimming pools — including one for children — a gymnasium, sauna, and a steam room. The retail precinct will also feature a number of restaurants and cafes.

OPn the project update, the Dubai developer said Azizi Star has witnessed 97 per cent structural completion with blockwork and internal plastering seen at more than 90 per cent. Nearly 80 per cent of HVAC work is done while tiling is almost 60 per cent complete, it stated.

The second fix of MEP works is at 76 per cent and external works have also commenced with 8 per cent already being marked as finished. Almost one-third of the façade work and nearly 20 percent of the overall finishing is done, it added.
