The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) recently awarded the European Quality Award (EQA) to the Mowgli Foundation for its Mowgli Mentoring Experience (MME) program, a core mentoring program syllabus designed to empower entrepreneurs to drive economic growth and strengthen leadership.

The MME program was reviewed by a panel of assessors and awarded for its mentor-focused design, clear objectives and well-documented setup. The EMCC also recently certified Mowgli as a provider of high quality and internationally recognised mentoring services.

The EMCC assessor stated, "It was a joy to meet such a well-designed program exclusively designed for entrepreneurial mentoring. The program is built on a strong and clear philosophy with a well-documented setup that is stringent, thorough and well thought through."

Kathleen Bury, Mowgli CEO commented. "The Mowgli Mentoring Experience (MME) represents our core entrepreneurial mentoring syllabus, which aims to create effective mentors and develop their leadership skills before pairing them with entrepreneurs"

Bury added, "Receiving this award reflects our commitment to setting the mentoring benchmark and providing mentoring programs at the highest international standards. Given the influential roles that mentors play in the lives of entrepreneurs, it is critical that the mentors are well-prepared and trained in order for them to provide effective guidance and develop deep trust based relationships in order to truly empower entrepreneurs to drive economic growth."

The Mowgli Mentoring Experience is a 12-month one-to-one and peer mentoring program, which begins with an intensive three-day 'Kickstart' workshop. Within this highly interactive and experiential workshop, mentors are trained, matched with entrepreneurs for their yearlong program of mutual growth and development and are empowered to develop the foundations for their mentoring relationships.
