Future plans include 180 new branches across GCC by 2018

Fujairah, UAE: In a bid to further strengthen its presence in the region, MICHELIN, a global leader and manufacturer of tyres and travel related services, opened its 100th TYREPLUS branch in the GCC today. The new branch, which is the 20th outlet in the UAE, is located in the Madhab area in Fujairah, and was inaugurated by Herve Skrzypczak, TYREPLUS Franchise Manager for Michelin AIM and Marwan Abbas, shop owner and TYREPLUS franchiser.

An exclusive event was held to celebrate the hundredth TYREPLUS branch and  was attended by  Pierre Granzotto, President of the product line ''passenger car & light truck'' & Marketing & Sales Director for AIM zone (AIM); Mohamed Aqel, General Manager Central Trading company and Franck Barge, Distribution Manager for Michelin AIM. Moreover, several other dealers, consumers and business partners were present and applauded TYREPLUS' dedication to quality with MICHELIN certified experts, world standard operations and a comfortable store environment.

Herve Skrzypczak, TYREPLUS Franchise Manager for Michelin AIM,  said: "We are all proud of this very important milestone.
