As an Emirati, he is well placed to be particularly helpful to those organizations that strive to achieve the United Arab Emirates "Vision 2021" and the "National Agenda" strategic aims along with the fourth generation of "Government Excellence System" to revamp its various human capital programs and enhance the engagement of Emirati employees in the workforce, facilitating their valuable contribution to both the organizations and the nation as a whole.
