Sohar, Sultanate of Oman: Mercedes-Benz, the brand synonymous with supreme power, reliability and safety, recently showcased its showroom facilities and diverse range of trucks at a special event for commercial fleet customers in Sohar. The event also allowed customers to take advantage of a special offer from Bank Sohar.

Our first Key Account event allowed existing and prospective customers from the Sohar areas to have a first-hand understanding of our extensive variety of trucks that cover a range of applications and our benchmark after sales offerings. Our special tie-up with Bank Sohar reinforced our commitment to providing customers a one stop shop at Zawawi Trading Company.
As part of its promise to deliver the best to customers, Zawawi Trading Company, the Authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Oman, will also be conducting a Fleet Check campaign in Sohar and the surrounding areas. From 8th to 12th of March, experts from Mercedes-Benz Trucks will visit customers to provide on-site support and inspections of their trucks by a factory-trained 'flying doctor' from Germany. In addition there will be daily driver trainings carried out to ensure our customers drivers are fully aware of the driving style required to promote safety as well as saving fuel and maintenance costs
Services offered as part of the mobile workshop include, free vehicle inspections, complimentary rectification of minor faults, basic maintenance training and vehicle inspection reports. The Fleet Check will also be offering customers special discounts on maintenance and spare parts packages.
