The Bahrain-based international aluminium rolling mill and one of the largest downstream aluminium facilities in the Middle East, announced today the launch of its new group website to better showcase its versatile and high quality aluminium products to its global customer base (www.garmco.com) and the introduction of a new vision, mission and values statement, and refreshed corporate branding.

GARMCO's website has been completely re-engineered and redesigned in line with its refreshed corporate branding and a refocused vision and mission for the group.  The new site provides for improved navigation and functionality incorporating the latest communications technology and is fully compatible with all main browsers and the latest mobile devices to ensure ease of access for GARMCO customers around the world.

The new and improved website better reflects GARMCO 33-yearlong history as  regional pioneer and its growth into a major  global player. The Company now has 16 subsidiaries spanning Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America; and enjoys a global reputation for products of the highest quality. Since commencing commercial operations in 1986, GARMCO's annual production capacity of aluminium sheet and foil has increased more than four-fold - helping to position it as both one of the largest producers from the Middle East but also one of Bahrain's largest exporters to international markets..

The new website also aims to highlight the Company's role as a major supporter and contributor to Bahrain's economy and the local community. GARMCO has a strong track record of adherence to the highest standards in quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protectiontogether with its enduring commitment to corporate social responsibility. This includes the Company's role as a major employer, with 600 staff in Bahrain; its contribution to Bahrain's economy and export drive; and its financial and practical assistance for the local community.

Anew section features the amazing versatility of aluminium, with examples of the innovative application of GARMCO's aluminium products around the globe. These cover sectors as diverse as automotive, aviation and marine; computing, electronics and mobile telephony; architecture and construction; food hygiene and healthcare; and household appliances, kitchenware and furniture.  Many of the world's leading brands use GARMCO's aluminium, including Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Philips, Pizza Hut, Samsung and UPS.
