This year, we have expanded the scale of the programme to match the demand of all those involved and we look forward to introducing thistalented group of young people to Dubai and the organisations at the forefront of itseconomy," he added.

Capadev
CAPADEV partners with organisations - companies, government entities, universities - to achieve the professional readiness of staff and students that help bridge skills gaps and enable organisational change and growth. Hence the name "CAPA-bilities DEV-evelopment". A combination of three elements drives the success of our capability programmes: i) a "real world" competency map developed by CAPADEV that help us define and measure individual pathways to mastery, ii) learning experiences typically combining courses with consulting-like projects, supported by coaching and a technology platform, and iii) special analytical tools and content that learners can readily apply for work or one that organisations can use to create awareness or enable organisational and cultural change (the Teachable Point of View). In turn, the programmes empower graduates, new hires, mid-career professionals and managers of all levels to transition to the next level, which could range from landing the job fitting their dreams and capabilities to pursuing a successful career path up the corporate ladder or on their own as entrepreneurs.
