January 10, 2015: Danube Properties today marked the official start of the construction work of its first two projects, Dreamz by Danube and Glitz by Danube. The launch of the projects marked the entry of the group into the Real Estate industry as a developer committed to deliver its promises.
Mr. Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group broke ground at both the sites. Accompanied by Mr. Atif Rahman- Head of Property Development, as well as other senior members of the team during the ceremony. Also present with them were Mr. Shakeel Imam- Managing Director of EDMAC Engineering Consultant, Mr. Jamal Muwahid- Deputy General Manager from UNEC representing the main contractor for Dreamz. Mr. Abdulrahman Solanki- Chairman Atlas Foundations was also present at the Glitz site who have been appointed as the earthworks contractor for Glitz.

Danube Properties a wholly-owned subsidiary of the country's biggest building materials supplier, announced its plan of making a gallant entry into the property market last year with their maiden project Dreamz by Danube. A Dh500 million project of 171 luxury townhouses, Dreamz is located in the lush, green and well-landscaped neighbourhood of Al Furjan community. End of 2014 the division appointed United Engineering Construction Co (UNEC) as the construction contractor for the project who boasts of an impeccable track record of timely delivery and quality construction for more than 35 years in UAE and other GCC countries.
Following the success of the "Dreamz by Danube" project sell out within the first day of sale, the group chose to strengthen their presence in the market by launching their next project worth Dh300 million -"Glitz by Danube". Launched earlier this year, the second realty venture is now under construction at Dubai Studio City. The cluster of apartment buildings will redefine urban lifestyles with 300 luxury apartment units available in a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments close to the proposed Village Centre.
