Al Habtoor Group secures services of Asteco as sole agent for uniquely positioned commercial building in enviable Dubai Marina location.

Dubai's office leasing market grew by 12% in 2014, gradually building momentum over the course of the year with Q4 recording the highest number of completed transactions.
