Saudi CMA approves public offering of Alistithmar Capital’s equity fund

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital MarketAUthority (CMA) has given the green light for the public offering of Alistithmar Capital Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund.

The public offering will be carried out by Alistithmar Capital Company, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

It is worth noting that Alistithmar Capital is 100% owned by the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
