Dubai: Flow, Dubai’s pioneering healthy-eating hub, has gathered an inspirational star cast of experts in art, fitness, nutrition and more as part of its month-long Flow Talks Series – Ramadan Edition. The live sessions will take place every Tuesday evening at 4pm throughout the Holy Month, on Flow’s Instagram.  

Running every Tuesday at 4pm from 20 April to 11 May, the Flow Talks Series – Ramadan Edition will launch with Zahra Abdalla, discussing the importance of sustainable eating and mindfulness during the Holy Month.

The following weeks will include creative makeup artist Nadine Hossam on April 27th with a live Ramadan makeup tutorial, UAE based artist Mona Fares on April 4thwith an art masterclass tie-dying clothing at home, and conclude with yogi and fitness instructor Nancy Zabneh on May 11th with the benefits of yoga during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
