ABU DHABI: MDC Business Management Services (MDC BMS), a Mubadala company, has signed a long-term agreement with Accenture to help organizations enhance their shared service business processes across critical internal functions, including finance, procurement and human resources.

Nasir Al Nabhani, Chief Executive Officer, MDC BMS, said “In today’s increasingly disruptive and complex world, change comes quickly. If organizations are to thrive in this environment, they must transform their business operations. Our relationship with Accenture is about meeting customer needs by helping organisations create value through enhanced processes in critical internal functions such as finance, human resources and procurement. By providing cutting-edge tools and dedicated support we can help enable the agility needed for long-term success.”

The collaboration will combine the capabilities of both companies — including their process capabilities and industry experience across a range of shared services.  This will enable public and private entities, in the UAE and beyond, to leverage technology-driven intelligent operations.

“Our collaboration with MDC BMS will leverage our collective expertise and forward-thinking methodologies to provide end-to-end shared-services solutions for clients in the UAE and beyond,” said Alexis Lecanuet, regional managing director of Accenture in the Middle East. “We will help clients enhance core processes and services by deploying new capabilities, with a key focus on digital transformation.”
