Abu Dhabi: Reportage Properties, the leading real estate developer in the UAE, is organizing a special sales day at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel, on Saturday, 18 September, which includes special offers on all the company's projects in the UAE. There will also be a special event regarding Rukan Lofts in Dubai, which includes the sale of a limited number of the remaining villas in the project.
"Reportage Properties" revealed a special offer, which includes only a 10% down payment, a 10% discount, and only 1% monthly installments, on all units of their projects.
The company recently launched the "Al Maryah Vista 2" project, which will provide 588 new housing units on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. Prices start from Dhs329,000 . They also revealed the addition of new units in the "Rukan Lofts" project, which the company is developing in the "Dubai Land" area in cooperation with "Continental Investment", after selling all the units of the project, which is to be handed over next year.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO , said that Reportage is keen to organize a variety of events that meet the needs of their clients, and provide them with various plans to buy houses in the UAE, while providing flexibility in payment plans, which always boost the company's sales.
Reportage Properties sales exceed one billion dirhams from January 2021 until the end of August, compared to Dhs488mn during the first eight months of 2020, with a growth rate of about 105%.
Suleiman explained that the real estate market in the UAE is vibrant these days , in light of the successive disclosure of many important initiatives ,and various project packages within the "50 projects" plan, which contribute to promoting economic growth and accelerating the pace of recovery from the repercussions of the "Covid-19" pandemic.
He pointed out that the real estate sector has benefited from the recent announcement of a new and integrated package for residency in the UAE as part of the updates to the residency law, with a package of measures that keep pace with the government directions for the future which aim to enhance its position as a global capital for skills and expertise, and the best place to live and reside in the world.
The updates included the "Green Residency" system that separates the residence permit from the work permit, so that self-residency means the individual or employee sponsor himself and no need a company to sponsor him. The new system targets highly skilled people, investors, entrepreneurs, top students and graduates. There is also the first free residence of its kind at the federal level, which is intended for free lance workers in general. This is added to updates and other additional privileges to the residency system .
Reportage Properties is developing 12 projects in the UAE, providing about 6,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project that has been completed and delivered in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
The list of projects in Abu Dhabi includes "Al Raha Lofts 1", which provides 164 housing units, and "Al Raha Lofts 2", which adds 110 housing units, within the Al Raha Beach area.
In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, the “Oasis Residence 1” is under development and provides 612 apartments, and “Oasis Residence 2” includes about 304 housing units. “The Gate” , which adds 463 apartments, is added to the “Leonardo Residence” that was handed over about two years ago, and includes 177 apartments .
On Al Maryah Island, Reportage Properties is developing the Al Maryah Vista project, which provides 786 housing units, next to Al Maryah Vista 2, which will include 588 new housing units, as well as the Diva project on Yas Island, which will provide 736 housing units.
In Dubai, the "Alexis Tower" is being developed on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Jebel Ali area , and provides 378 luxury housing units, and the "Rukan" tower, in the "Dubailand" area, which is being developed in cooperation with the "Continental Investment Company", to provide about 488 housing units. "Rukan Lofts 1" includes about 349 residential villas, and "Rukan Lofts 2" provides about 755 villas.
In Egypt, "Reportage Properties" recently launched the "Montenapoleone" project, which will be built on an area of 465,000 square meters, and will include 5,500 housing units.
