Marriott International is inviting local residents and travellers to get out there and rediscover the UAE with its ‘Welcome Back’ offer across participating properties.

Residents and travellers are once again able to make plans or book stays and through its offer, Marriott is giving guests the opportunity to explore its hotels and resorts portfolio - featuring desert escapes, beach destinations, family-friendly experiences, shopping and entertainment getaways and the UAE’s finest culinary offerings.

Marriott International’s ‘Welcome Back’ promotion is valid for hotel stays until September 30 in participating hotels across the UAE. This offers Marriott Bonvoy members 25 per cent off room rates, including complimentary breakfast and 15 per cent off room rates for non-members.

For Luxury hotels – St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, The Ritz-Carlton and Edition – guests can benefit from a complimentary upgrade for bookings until September 30. Marriott Bonvoy members will also receive an AED200 ($54.4) daily credit which can be used at outlets within the property.

Neal Jones, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Marriott International, commented: “The hospitality industry in the UAE is seeing an increased demand for staycations and getaways from local residents. We are also delighted to see Dubai open up to international tourists. This is due to the amazing work by local authorities to safeguard public health and their ongoing guidance and collaboration to provide a safe and comfortable environment across all sectors, including hospitality. We are excited to welcome back our guests and look forward to providing them great experiences across our diverse portfolio in the country.”

As Marriott International looks forward to welcoming back guests, the health and safety of guests and associates remains of paramount importance. The company continues to roll out a multi-pronged platform to elevate its cleanliness standards and hospitality norms and behaviours to meet the new health and safety challenges presented by the current pandemic environment in each market around the world.
