KUWAIT CITY: The Industrial Bank of Kuwait (IBK) decided to postpone the collection of installments from the owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) financed by the bank for another six months starting from October 2020, reports Al-Anba daily.

The bank clarified that it took this decision due to the exceptional circumstances the country is going through, particularly the repercussions of the novel coronavirus which continues to negatively affect the owners of SMEs. This is also part of the bank’s commitment to fully support the SMEs under its funding.
