houza.com has announced a partnership with REIDIN Data Analytics to bolster its data transparency offering for users looking to buy, rent and sell, not available on any other property portal in the UAE.

The agreement, which was revealed this month, secures REIDIN as the real estate information and data partner for recently launched houza, availing the portal to over 10 years of proprietary real estate data.

“It was important for us to bring on board a data partner that adds value to our portal from both a consumer and agency perspective,” says houza CEO Barry Judge. “The partnership with REIDIN will help houza drive forward its mission to make buying, selling and renting easier and more transparent for consumers; and the platform more resourceful for the agencies listing on it.”

How will REIDIN data be used by houza?

As a plug-in to the website, houza will display property value and trends data to property seekers throughout their search journey in order for them to make the most informed decisions, as well as make some useful insights available to professional agencies.

“The benefits are two-fold and unique for the real estate market”, comments Judge. “Consumers will gain access to up-to-date house prices and historical property price trends on houza that will offer maximum transparency when it comes to buying and renting.

“At the same time, agencies gain access to a free broker version of REIDIN Insight that will be made available through the houza agent dashboard, enabling agencies of all sizes to improve quality through better pricing decisions, and ultimately consolidate their view of the market.”

The benefits to home seekers, prospective landlords and sellers include:

●      A wealth of near real-time information readily available as the houza.com visitor navigates around the site;

●      Seekers can compare listing price to the current market, while sellers and landlords can find out what their property is worth for sale or rent;

●      All visualised in a user-friendly, easy-to-digest way.

The benefits to property agents in the houza Network include:

●      Cleansed residential and commercial transactions data by specific building; for ready, off-plan and rental spaces;

●      Free and direct access to detailed market trends and forecasts;

●      Advanced filters to find the figures important to their area.

Agencies in the houza Network can also receive a special discount on REIDIN's wider product suite, including their custom research reports and full dashboard solutions.

Known for serving clients such as agencies, banks, retailers and developers operating in the real estate sector since 2007, REIDIN turns data into decision-making knowledge. It tracks and reports on everything from market trends to actual transactions in great depth.

REIDIN was the first company to offer price indices enriched with hard-to-get real estate data in the UAE and Turkey. With over 2,000 active users, it is now a global player in the data analytics and data science fields, using the most advanced AI algorithm methods.

Alp Capa, REIDIN Managing Director, explains “By offering leading insights into the real estate markets, we help our clients make better strategic decisions, increase revenues and lower costs to remain competitive.

“houza has real muscle in the form of a collective industry model; therefore, opening up our services to professional real estate agencies who wouldn’t typically be able to invest in sophisticated tools like REIDIN on a standalone basis. We’re confident that we can bring unmatched value, both to the houza agent Network, and to the buyers and owners on the platform.”

The partnership comes hot off the heels of houza signing a deal with leading CRM provider Propertybase.

“Integrating new technology will always be at the forefront of houza,” concludes Judge. “REIDIN is our second strategic partnership to come to fruition in recent weeks and we have more in the pipeline to further cater to our users’ needs.”
