RTA’s Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) has signed an exclusive operation agreement with the Global Village whereby the DTC will provide taxi and limo services to visitors commuting from/to the Global Village.

Dr. Yousef Mohammed Al Ali, CEO of Dubai Taxi Corporation signed the agreement on behalf of the DTC, and Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Global Village, signed on behalf of the Global Village.

According to the agreement provides for DTC to run taxi services exclusively to visitors of the Global Village. The agreement includes services of ladies taxi, family taxi, Tesla limo, open limo and limo Bike. The service is catered to the growing public demand for transit means during the season of the Global Village. DTC will also address the mobility of visitors from Assembly Points to the entrance of the Global Village through dedicated buses.

“The agreement stems from the directives of the Government to deliver world class services to tourists and residents of Dubai with a view to improving customers experience and bringing happiness. Dubai is a city very much focused on happiness, convenience and luxury of both residents and tourists. The Global Village has been a key tourist destination in the Emirate over 23 years. The strategic goals of DTC to achieve excellent operation and people happiness will not be delivered without new partnerships with various entities. It requires taking insightful steps to chart the path of the Dubai future,” said Al Ali.

“The diversity of our service packages reflects our keenness to please all community members. The Dubai Taxi and Family Taxi services are characterised by high privacy, convenience and security of interested female customers. We have provided a range of limo services to VIPs such as Tesla Limo, Ladies Limo, Open Limo, and Bike Limo. Our ultimate aim is to realise our strategic objective of delivering excellent and convenient services,” added Al Ali.

“Each season, we are keen to interact with customers visiting the Global Village to improve their satisfaction rating as they are the core of our yearly strategic plans. We are also eager to cooperate with leading UAE institutions to enhance the convenience and welfare of our customers as it constitutes 9 of 10 in the score of our guests’ happiness indicator. As such, we are keen on cooperating with successful local entities to boost the convenience and accessibility of our guests,” commented Anwahi.
