Dubai, UAE: Emaar Development (DFM: EMAARDEV) has recorded total sales worth approximately AED 1 billion at the launch of the first residences in Emaar Beachfront, the restricted island destination in the Arabian Gulf, following the overwhelming response from UAE-based and international investors.
