Manama, AGU: In recognition of his vast expertise in the field higher education, Computer Engineering Professor in the Innovation and Technology Department in the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) Dr Rustom Mamlook, has been recently nominated as an official judge for the 2021 Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Awards.

Dr Mamlook will join an international team of more than 250 volunteer juries with experience in the field of university learning and executives in EdTech startups, investors, educational advisors, experienced teachers, and higher education leaders from around the world.

The juries will evaluate applications submitted by the participating universities for the awards, which are granted in partnership with the QS World Rankings and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. More than 1,500 universities that were nominated in 2020 will compete in the awards.

On the occasion, Dr Mamlouk pointed out that the first round will be held from September 13 to October 10, while the second round begins on October 16 and continues to November 14.
