ABU DHABI- Fatima bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with "The National" newspaper, has organised a virtual webinar through Zoom on "The Persuit of wellness in a Wearable-Tech World".
The seminar discussed various health-related issues and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in everyone’s daily lives by using advanced technology that monitors sporting activities and their relevance to the body’s needs, as well as analyse data displayed on the screens of relevant devices.
The seminar was attended by Dr. Madhu Sasidhar, Chief Medical Officer, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi; Dr. Panco Georgiev, Leader of Middle East healthcare practice; McKinsey, Ahmed Alqubaisi, Founder and CEO of Krews; and Dr. Patrick Nowak CEO of Dubai Futures Foundation.
Mariam Al Mansoori, Representative of the Academy, offered advice to women from all age groups on overcoming stress that affects their physical and mental health.
