492 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bahrain

Bahrain yesterday registered 492 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 592 recoveries and one death.

A 63-year-old Bahraini woman died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 453.

Of the new cases, 202 were expat workers, 280 contacts of active cases and 10 travel-related.

An additional 592 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 116,487. Of the 6,591 active cases, 120 are receiving treatment and 60 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered a total of 123,531 cases. The kingdom has also conducted 3,120,729 tests.
