Madinah offers project to develop hospitality, retail assets in Central Area

REUTERS/Ahmed YosriRiyadh – Mubasher: The Madinah Municipality in Saudi Arabia has launched a project to develop a land plot in the Central Area to be tendered as a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract.
The project aims to develop, manage, and operate hospitality and retail assets over an area of 3,550 square meters. Moreover, it will empower the private sector to enhance the quality of life in Madinah, according to an official statement.
The municipality of Madinah invited investors to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the project development.
