Riyadh –  National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced that the first phase of the 30-megawatt solar energy project in Haradh is expected to be completed at the end of August 2021.

The first phase will therefore operate at a capacity of 10 megawatts, according to a bourse filing to Tadawul on Monday.

NADEC noted that the final phase of the project is due completion on 31 October this year, when the commercial operation of the development will commence.

“The financial impact will be announced upon completion of construction work and commencement of commercial operation of the project,” according to the listed firm.
