Contact Financial’s unit acquires Sa3ar Technology Solutions

Egypt - ContactCars, a subsidiary of Contact Financial Holding (CNFN), announced it has acquired Sa3ar Technology Solutions, a dealer-specific auction dealer that offers car valuation technology, according to a press release.

Through this acquisition, the company aims at improving its user experience by offering an integrated pricing tool that will benefit the end-user and dealers, Contact Financial revealed in the release.

Accordingly, the Sa3ar founders and team will collaborate with Contact to develop new innovative services to launch in the market.

The company seeks to carry on expansion in the market and looks for new opportunities to provide the automotive ecosystem with new value-added services, in order to facilitate the process of purchasing or selling new or used cars through a faster and better experience.
