Dr. Tamer Momtaz: a great tool for the integration and employment of human resources
Cairo - After years of looking into the reasons for unemployment and economic recession, Dr. Tamer Momtaz, an Egyptian economist, came up with a solution to help economies suffering from recession stay afloat and provide full utilization of human resources through a combination of the four elements of production on the following website (www.momtaz-map.com).
This website allows stakeholders having any of the four production elements (i.e. land, labor, capital, Enterprise) Land (Natural resources) - Labor (Human resources) - Capital ( man-made resources) - Enterprise (brings resources together for production).
The site allow to each element to complement each other. That is, anyone with a certain element can automatically search for the other elements needed to set up enterprises.
The site has 3252 registered members, visitors: 87506 from Egypt - 23000 from USA - 1864 from China - 1675 from Germany - 1103 from France - Italy 448 and 100 country.
From 1 million expected members it will creates about 200,000 enterprises considering that each enterprise comprises the four elements in addition to a staff member or an employee.
It is designed to include 24 symbols ( Pin ) on Google Map representing all activities. The yellow color represents an entrepreneur and the white color represents an employee involved in the same activities, who are both trying to connect with each other in the same geographic region. The site allows each job applicant to post the symbol ( Pin of Labor ) for his/ her profession in the country where he/she wants to work.
An investor can do the same and if the applicant meets the search criteria of employers or investment partners by putting his symbol (Pin of Capital) on the targeted region, they can directly communicate without intermediaries.
The site addresses the map of closed factories from a new perspective: each manufacturer assigns a symbol to the location of the closed facilities to enable capital owners or partners to communicate with him. A map for spare parts for each production line broken down by industry has also been developed.
This enables manufacturers having spare parts stocked in their warehouses to communicate with manufacturers from the same country and with idle production lines as regards the spare part in question by putting the symbol (Pin of spare parts)
Thus, there will be no need to import the spare parts as they exist in the warehouses of other plants and this will save a lot of foreign currency. This website is an economic innovation that will help different economies to flourish and will bring recession to a halt.
