Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently hosted a corporate leadership seminar for its employees and senior management with a renowned certified ICF-Coach, Josephine de la Paz and a certified Human Resource Manager endorsed by Qualifi – UK, Visiel Lazo Agustin.

The seminar titled “Ignite the Leader in YOU” was attended by the senior and mid-management employees and was aimed at highlighting ways to seek positive and supportable change in different areas of life, achieving a good work-life balance, personal and professional growth, as well as enhance the welfare of the employees of the company.

The seminar started with an exercise to reflect on the reality of their life and to analyze how happy, satisfied and balanced they feel in their current situation. During the course of the seminar, various subjects such as means of gaining greater self-awareness by understanding Personal Leadership and its importance in helping to manage an individual’s thinking towards becoming intentional, creating positive and sustainable change in one’s life were touched upon.

Post this, Coach Josephine de la Paz and Visiel Lazo-Agustin held a discussion involving all the attendees in exploring possible options and set immediate course of action towards achieving a happier and more successful life.
