National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) continues its support to the Elderly Care Department at the Ministry of social affairs to Support home mobility for elderly for more than 10 years.

NBK’s support included maintenance of the mobility service that the bank provided, as part of its commitment towards aiding the elderly and continuance of maintaining the donation to help in overcoming all obstacles.

NBK Public Relations Team Leader, Talal Al Turki and Asmaa Bin Hussain, NBK Public Relations Officer, visited Dr. Amani Al Tabtabaei, the Elderly Care Department Director, to reassure NBK’s continuous support to the department.

Al Turki praised the department’s efforts to support elderly in need and stressed that NBK believes that the private sector should play a major role in supporting the government’s policy towards  social aid, in order to maintain the country’s approach towards a sustainable future and guarantee better methods  to adopt advanced systems  and ways to care for those in need.

NBK's sponsorship and support comes in line with the bank's customary and ongoing spirit of corporate citizenship as well as the vital role it plays in supporting all social causes.

During the past years, NBK has promoted a range of philanthropic missions and social welfare programs as part of the humanitarian dimension of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).
