Sharjah: Sharjah Ladies Club Branches (SLCB) got their staff together for an annual gathering at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre (JRCC) in Sharjah, recently. The event celebrated the year-long efforts and achievements of SLCB employees, and highlighted their key role in developing the clubs’ corporate performance, which has furthered SLCB’s status as Sharjah’s premiere destination for women.

Among prominent attendees were Amna Al Shenasi, Manager of SLCB; directors and managers at SLCB’s central and eastern regions. They were joined by 530 members of SLCB staff the 10 branches, and the organisation’s sponsors and partners.

Amna Al Shenasi said: “Dedication, hard work, creativity and concerted efforts are all essential links that make up the chain of success. You all represent these links, which is why success has come to SLCB in every form, this year. Over the past years, you have been key to our success and development, leading in your roles and sharing your expertise each day to further the club’s offerings to its members. Thanks to your efforts, the ten branches of SLCB are considered among the UAE’s premier facilities for women, boasting luxury, top amenities, attractions and services.”

Al Shenasi also lauded the unison and team spirit displayed by SLCB employees in 2019, which led to individual teams complementing and supporting others, and resulted in smooth and cohesive efforts that contributed greatly to enhancing the quality and quantity of SLCB’s achievements.

Outstanding employees were honoured with 14 different awards, namely, Best Performance Manager Award,Outstanding Employee Award, Rising Star Award, Outstanding Support Employee Award, Best Performance Award, Best Department performance Award, Most Achieved Sales Facility Award, Best Nurse Performance Award, Excellence in Customer service Award, Best Creative Idea Award, Best innovative activity Award, Employee Collaboration Award, Best Community participation award, Award to appreciation and praise.
