DUBAI, May 23 (Reuters) - The Saudi-led coalition hasdestroyed two Houthi boats threatening an oil tanker in the RedSea, Al Arabiya television reported on Wednesday.

Separately, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) news agency WAMsaid UAE coalition forces destroyed two boats described as beingdeployed by the Iran-aligned Houthi movement to target thetanker, while another two escaped.

Neither report gave specifics about the tanker or mentionedwhether it had been damaged.
