Longstanding Alepo client, Saudi Telecom Company (STC) recently selected Alepo for a major BSS Upgrade to support its growing business and subscriber base.
Austin, TX, USA – Alepo (www.alepo.com) – a global provider of core network and IT software solutions for communications service providers, announced today that Alepo’s longstanding partner Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has selected Alepo to modernize its BSS/OSS infrastructure with an upgrade to the latest version of Alepo’s BSS/OSS framework Service Enabler (SE) and AAA platform. The upgrade is driven by the need to meet the demands of STC's growing business and subscriber base.
STC’s operations are highly automated, but the leadership at STC felt the need to be more flexible and stay up to date with market and technology transformation trends. The upgrade promises to provide a platform wherein STC can meet the expectations of its digital-savvy customers, launch new and compelling offers and monetize services in real-time without impacting customer experience. With Alepo, STC will be able to offer differentiated services to customers, with simplified operations and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO). With the deployment STC is expected to enhance its business performance through increased agility, operational efficiency, and time-to-market.
