UAE-based Kanoo group launches two luxury villa projects in Jumeirah

The Kanoo Group, one of the largest family-owned groups of companies in the GCC, has launched two new luxury compound villa projects - Haya and Alyazzi - at Jumeirah, Dubai.

This comes following the success of Kanoo's debut villa compound project in the city's prime location - Al Safeena Villas.

Designed by AD&D and constructed by Al Ghurair Contracting company, the new rental villas offer open-plan layout, with 3 bedrooms from 4,036 sq ft to 4,112 sq ft and 4 bedrooms from 4,760 sq ft to 5,014 sq ft in adiition to maid’s room, featuring modern and contemporary elements that give each home a sleek look, focused around luxury, modern family living.

The latest addition to The Kanoo Group’s property portfolio consists of 5 and 8 stand-alone villas in Compound 2 – Haya Villas, and Compound 3 – Alyazzi Villas respectively.

Situated just off Beach Road in Al Safeena, Haya and Alyazzi Villas is in close proximity to Dubai’s landmark areas such as three minutes to Sunset Mall, six minutes to Jumeirah Beach, eight minutes to Dubai Canal, 12 minutes to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, and 18 minutes to Dubai Marina, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city which provides a peaceful environment for residents and visitors.
