DUBAI- Qatar's central bank sold 1.15 billion riyals ($316 million) of Treasury bills as it resumed auctions of the bills, the bank said on Thursday.

It sold 375 million riyals of three-month bills at a yield of 2.5 percent, 475 million riyals of six-month at 2.6 percent and 300 million riyals of nine-month at 2.8 percent.

In early December, the central bank sold 1.15 billion riyals of bills with three-month going at 2.30 percent, six-month at 2.49 percent and nine-month at 2.62 percent.

The central bank usually conducts monthly auctions of T-bills but did not announce a sale in early January.
