With the use of the BankDhofar’s Mobile Payments System through the Mobile Banking App, users can make a range of payments such as Person-to-Person (P2P), Person to Business (P2B) and Person to Government (P2G) with state-of-the-art QR scanning system, and dispute management facility and direct debit from the user’s account. The unique QR Scanning feature allows the users to transfer to quickly simply by scanning the QR code or by entering the registered mobile number or Alias of the beneficiary of other wallet holder. The user may also share the QR code through various channels such as WhatsApp, messages or email.

Users can transact from their operative account via the mobile payment system using BankDhofar's mobile banking App. They will be easily reporting about any transactional issues from the app in seamless steps. Users will be able to accept and reject remote payment requests either from merchants or individual wallet holders. The Mobile payment system works is an instant payment method round the clock.
