While real estate developers are preparing to deliver their projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Misr Italia Properties is the first real estate developer in the private sector to deliver their project IL BOSCO ahead of schedule in 2020 instead of 2021, reflecting the company’s commitment to contributing to the Egyptian dream of the NAC, despite all challenges.

Moreover, the company launched a new phase in Il Bosco “The Meadows” which comprises limited units of Standalone Villas, Town Houses, Twin Houses, and Deluxe Apartments. Misr Italia Properties offers payment and installment plans that enables customers to pay 5% down payment with equal installments on long periods that reach up to 9 years.

The Town House concept has been the most recent addition brought to the residents of Il BOSCO for the first time in “The Meadows” to enjoy mesmerizing views of the Vertical Forest and The Creek, and in proximity of the club and the commercial plaza. This special view is characterized by being open on wild, seasonal plants and flower gardens that add to the overall enchanting feel of the area all year long. All this taking place using the latest techniques of modern urban architecture that inspires and creates an environment combining architecture with nature.

Misr Italia Properties has put in place a fast-paced plan; enabling it to become the first real estate developer to deliver units in NAC. To achieve this, Misr Italia Properties has collaborated with 8 of the biggest contractors and consultants who have now completed the concrete work of 350 Villas and currently working on finishing the outer works and facades.

Regarding the second phase of the project, 86% of the concrete structure of the villas has been finalized. Last February, the company arranged customers’ visits to the site of IL Bosco, to show clients the latest updates of their units and follow up on the development and construction process in person. They have also had the chance to check mockups of the villas and the twin houses and know what their future homes will look like within IL BOSCO, uniquely situated on the Green River and Mohamed Ben Zayed Axis as well as being in proximity of the Opera House, Exhibition Center, The Government District and the Presidential Palace.
