Largest single Integrated Facilities Management contract of its type in the MENA region
Khidmah's first major contract in Saudi Arabia - demonstrates expertise and growing capacity

Khidmah, a leading Facilities Management and Services Provider, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has secured a contract to deliver Integrated Facilities Management Services for the revolutionary King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, a Saudi Aramco initiative and the biggest cultural project in Saudi Arabia.
Speaking about the new contract, H.E. Abubaker Seddiq Al Khoori, Khidmah LLC Chairman, said:

The service partnership agreement is a diverse and complex contract to serve for the next three years.
The agreement was signed recently during a high profile signing ceremony that was attended from Saudi Aramco by Mr. Essam Tawfiq, Saudi Aramco General Manager of Public Affairs while Khidmah was represented by, His Excellency Mr. Abubaker Seddiq Al Khoori, Khidmah LLC Chairman, Mr. Abdullah Al Qamzi, Khidmah LLC Managing Director of Khidmah and Sara Momtaz, Strategy and Commercial Development Manager attended.

Khidmah will be providing a complete range of Integrated Facilities Management Services across the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, including comprehensive Hard and Soft O&M Services such as HVAC, Building Management System, Cleaning Services, Façade Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control Services, Waste Management, and Specialists Systems in addition to a range of other services.
Khidmah will utilize smart and state-of-the-art technologies to handle building inspections and maintenance, as well as adopting comprehensive Energy Management strategies to assist in the Center's goal of achieving LEED Gold Accreditation within the first three years of operation.
Khidmah will be deploying in the region of 500 highly skilled staff to work on this significant facility -- starting with a 180 day mobilization phase to carry out Integrated Facilities Management services for the Center and its components, which include a world-class library, theater, learning centers, museums, exhibits, multimedia venues and historical archives.
The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture was established by Saudi Aramco, the state-owned oil company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a fully integrated, global petroleum and chemicals enterprise. The multi-faceted Cultural Center will contain arts and history museum, children's museum, library and archives, entrepreneurial and lifelong learning centers, and performing arts and multimedia theaters.
