AMMAN The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on Wednesday signed a grant agreement with the University of Jordan, at a total value of JD70,000, to provide the Cell Therapy Centre with solar power cells at a capacity of 125 kilowatts.

Energy Minister Hala Zawati, who signed the agreement, said that this grant is part of the ministrys support for developing scientific research and encouraging renewable energy usage in both the academic and medical sectors.
