Amman, Jordan - Jordan Insurance Company (JIC) recently concluded its participation in the 2015 Soccerex Asian Forum, which was held on May 3 and 4 at the King Hussein bin Talal Convention Center, overlooking the Dead Sea. The two-day event was inaugurated by His Excellency Prime Minister Abdullah El-nsour, and was carried out under the patronage of HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, who currently resides as president of the Jordan Football Association, president of the West Asian Football Federation, and FIFA Vice President representing Asia.
JIC's participation in the Soccerex Asian Forum for the second year in a row comes as part of the company's ongoing partnership with the Jordan Football Association (JFA). The insurance company recently renewed its cooperative agreement with the JFA, through which JIC serves as the football association's exclusive insurance partner.
JIC hosted a booth at the 2015 Soccerex Asian Forum, showcasing its wide array of insurance products and services, including everything from life, medical and motor insurance to more niche categories, like marine and engineering insurance. A total of 850 people from all around the world participated in the forum, among them an array of internationally renowned figures in the world of football, from legendary footballers to experts and businessmen from around the globe. A variety of topics were addressed during the forum, including challenges and opportunities for Asian football, the future of women's football, and the development and restructuring of various local and regional teams.
