Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Real estate and property technology experts from across the GCC will convene next week at the 2nd Annual PropTech Middle East, being held on 4th and 5th November 2019 at Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai Marina to discuss the growth and roadmap of the proptech industry in the region.

Focusing on the digitalization of the real estate sector in the region, the two-day program agenda features over 15 topics, including five panel discussions on topics ranging from proptech 3.0 to IoT and AI for smart homes; property management and property marketing to digital payments and its impact on the real estate industry.

Angelica Krystle Donati, CEO, Donati Immobiliare Group & Venture Partner Concrete VC will open the conference with a presentation providing an overview of the proptech industry and the trends to watch out for in the year ahead. Mahmoud AlBurai, Senior Advisor, Real Estate Regulatory Agency will open the second day of the conference with a 20 minute presentation on the topic rethinking cities of the future in light of technology and sustainability. Emphasizing on the importance of using smart technology to lead a sustainable lifestyle, Karim Eljisr, Executive Director - Research & Development, Diamond Developers will deliver a presentation on using smart applications for smart residents with The Sustainable City as an example.
