CAIRO, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Egypt's top cigarette maker, Eastern Co, posted a 35.9 percent increase in first quarter net profit, it said in a statement on Thursday.
Eastern Co made 367 million Egyptian pounds ($45.7 million) in the three months ending September 30 compared with 270 million a year earlier.
