With over 6 million followers on Instagram, his account (faz3) is one of the most followed ones on the social networking platform. His personal touch to the posts make them relatable to his followers and gives a peek into his personal life.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, loves photography and that passion reflects on his page. Capturing Dubai in a breathtaking light is one of his favourite hobbies and they often go viral. Like the fog video, he posted last week.

The Crown Prince, however, follows only a fraction of his millions of followers - 144 in total. With curiosity, we dug into his Instagram profile to see who the Dubai Royal follows and were not surprised at all.

He follows the pages of UAE leaders, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Dubai's Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and others.

Apart from the members of the royal family, the popular international figures Hamdan follows include, Tesla co-founder and CEO, Elon Musk. With Tesla's major plans for Dubai to include 200 electric vehicles in the RTA taxi fleet, no doubt the crown prince is a fan of the visionary.

To satiate his love for photography and seek inspiration, the Prince follows multiple pages like thephotosociety, National Geographic, Ocean Magazine, Gopro, renowned photographers like Paul Nicklen, Vancouver based Callum Snape, Rezaphotography and many more.

If you follow his Instagram profile, you would know of his love for adrenaline pumping adventures. Be it skydiving, cave diving or trying the newest zip line in Dubai Marina, he tries out anything new in the emirates. Not surprising then that he follows accounts like SkyDiveDubai and XDubai. He also follows the professional Skydiver and base jumper Jeff Provenzano from New York.

We were rather surprised to see him follow Zach King, the YouTuber known for his magic vines.
