China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) announced on Monday that it has been awarded a construction contract by Dubai-based developer Emaar Development for its Marina Vista project.

The scope of work includes the construction of two residential buildings, a 35-storey tower and a 45-storey tower, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, the contractor said in a statement on its website.

Marina Vista is located in Emaar Beach Front, which overlooks the Palm Jumeirah, with a construction area of around 120,000 square metres, the statement added.

The contract value wasn't disclosed.

Emaar Beachfront was launched in January 2018 by Emaar Development as a master-planned private island, according to a press statement by the developer. The statement had said the 10 million square feet project would also feature a 1.5-kilometre private beach.
