Howden, part of Hyperion Insurance Group, today announced the appointment of Bozidar Ljubisavljevic as Regional Marine Practice leader for the Howden Turkey, the Middle East and Africa region (TMEA). He will be based in Dubai and will lead the Specialty Marine team for the region.

Bozidar joins Howden TMEA from Marsh, where he led the Regional Marine Specialty practice for the Middle East & North Africa region. He has more than 18 years’ experience, bringing strong expertise and a deep knowledge of the marine insurance broking field, including H&M, P&I, marine liability and cargo, and advising clients on effective contractual risk mitigation strategies.

This appointment strengthens Howden TMEA’s specialty focus and extends the company's capability to all marine insurance products including Hull & Machinery, War Risks, Loss of Hire, Protection & Indemnity, Defence (FDD), Builders’ Risk, Ship Repairers Liability, Other Marine Liabilities, and Cargo & Stock Throughput.
