Cairo – Mubasher: Al Ahly Capital Holding Company reduced its stake in Alexandria Mineral Oils Co (AMOC) to 23.82% from 24.46%.
The transaction involved the sale of 8.21 million shares at a value of EGP 23.78 million, averaging EGP 2.89 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Pharos Securities acted as a broker in this transaction.
During the first nine months of fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, AMOC turned to net profits of EGP 103.31 million, against net losses of EGP 152.48 million in the year-ago period.
