United Arab Emirates, Dubai: PISIQ’s team launched PISIQ Youth Program in October 2020 as “Tomorrow’s Youth” in the form of educational UAE Nationwide workshops.
This was the concept that was birthed by PISIQ’s current Ambassador Saniya Shaikha. Saniya joined PISIQ after PISIQ acquired her Fin-Tech Startup called Cashew partially in September 2020 and then completed the acquisition process in February 2021.
PISIQ Youth Program was the new name for “Tomorrow’s Youth” and it was aiming to help the youth rediscover themselves which is perfectly in alignment with PISIQ’s Seek ideology that contributed to the entire Live | Gratify slogan.
“PISIQ Youth Program is part of PISIQ Foundation and these programs is mostly free and they could sometimes be paid but would cost only the nominal amounts as it is how we aim to give back to the society.” - Saniya Shaikha, PISIQ’s Ambassador.
According to the Program’s lead, the youth nowadays have skewed from the aspects of life they need to focus on in exchange for tools that allow them to get instant gratification. The youth are looking up to celebrities who in many cases have no talents whatsoever and are working on just building an audience that would get them the dosage of dopamine just by getting Likes, Followers, etc on platforms that are mind numbing in most cases.
“We have conducted free workshops that taught people how to use limited tools to get a lot done, this was to teach them how to be creative, how to think outside of the box. We have conducted benchmarking with a few international institutions creating programs for them, helping them help their students look at things from a newer perspective.” - Mudar Muhissen, CTO, PISIQ
PISIQ Youth Program has been a success according to the positive feedback PISIQ’s survey team has been receiving from the Students as well as the educational institutions.
