Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The 9th edition of the Middle East Smart Lighting and Energy Summit will be held on 20-21 April 2020 at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa. Organized by Expotrade Global, the conference will emphasize on intelligent lighting solutions integral to building smart cities, smart street lighting initiatives, and latest facade lighting solutions.

Across two days, over 40 international and regional lighting experts will discuss the use of smart lighting systems and the latest lighting strategies that play a pivotal role in building smart cities. Roaa Ghassan Alkhatib, Assistant Technical Director, SEWA and Eng. Hanan Saleh AlHemairy, Manager of Lighting & Traffic Systems Maintenance, Road Transport Authority – Dubai will be participating in the panel discussion on government’s role in efficiently lighting the public realm.
