Homegrown Dubai luxury brand Carter White launches new products at Cannes Yachting Festival

Dubai luxury brand Carter & White is showcasing its dazzling linens collections at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival (10-15 September) – the second consecutive time the company has attended this glamorous event.

With an uncompromising commitment to quality, the spirit of Carter & White combines unique Middle Eastern heritage with the elegance and ingenuity of Italian design. The Dubai-born label creates exquisite custom-made bed linens, whereby clients can choose from 400 thread count Giza cotton at around Euro 800 – all the way up to 1,200 thread count Giza cotton for around Euro 15,000.

Buyers can have items created just the way they desire – choosing the colour of duvet covers, bed linens and stitching – while initials can be stitched on to the pillows as an exclusive extra touch.

Visitors to the Cannes Yachting Festival are in for a treat this year as exciting new Carter & White products are set to be unveiled, including Yacht Table Runners, Table Mats, and Napkins – all made from crisp, 100 percent linen. Other gorgeous new collections include the charming New-Born Collection and the exclusive Towel Collection, a handmade mixture of cotton and linen towels in super luxurious white fabric with black linen fabrics on the edge.    Launched just three years ago, Carter & White has become a genuine Dubai start-up success story – carving out its own special niche in the luxury retail segment.

“Each day, all over the globe, our customers come to us in search of something truly extraordinary, something that Carter & White alone can offer; this enthusiasm inspires us to go constantly further,” said Marwan Al Serkal, Founder of Carter & White. “I am confident that with the support of the right investors – along with our team’s incredible hard work – we will be one of the top emerging brands in the Middle East.”

The new Carter & White products are available to buy – along with existing ranges –on www.carterandwhite.com. They are also available in select Dubai department stores and a few smaller boutiques in London and New York. The brand is currently expanding its global reach to include more major shopping cities.

The exclusive Dubai label is growing steadily, with new team members set to join in 2019.

“We started Carter & White less than three years ago but have managed to reach a level of variety and quality that has made me extremely proud,” added Marwan Al Serkal. “This is just the beginning; we can see that the market in the Middle East is very promising because we are offering a unique product difference – items that are designed to be suitable for the region’s hot and humid weather.

“Whereas other brands commercially launch products that are good for weather below zero to minus 20 degrees, we design products based on the need to live comfortably in a hot climate. That’s what makes us different. Our whole team works tirelessly to research and test every item in our portfolio to make sure it lives up to this unique selling point. We will soon be the market leader in our business – it’s just a matter of time.”
