Dubai: Ellington, Dubai’s leading design-led property developer, marked a gala celebration with home-owners of Belgravia II, which was handed over to customers in February this year.

Located centrally in Jumeirah Village Circle, the aesthetically designed Belgravia II underlines the unique design value proposition that Ellington brings to its projects. With 188 homes handed over, Belgravia II has come to life with residents moving in to an elegant neighbourhood with a choice of lifestyle amenities.

The celebratory event aimed at building community spirit with residents taking part in colourful activities held at the central courtyard of Belgravia II, which features a swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness studio and dedicated yoga centre.
