Dubai: EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS), a regional leader in delivering integrated facilities management services across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Turkey, has announced the launch of the first centre of excellence for cleaning services in the region.

The Centre of Cleaning Excellence (COCE), located at the company’s headquarters in Dubai Production City, is set to establish new benchmarks through training programs, research and innovation in the cleaning and housekeeping industry on par with global excellence.

The Centre of Cleaning Excellence will be a showcase for new and existing EFS clients to experience its superior service delivery philosophy first-hand. It will also serve as a training centre for the company’s workforce to ensure contemporary cleaning practices and industry benchmarks are constantly being met. The Centre will seek to partner with clients to establish cleaning services programs to meet their expectations in line with global best practices.

Speaking at the launch of COCE, Group Chief Executive Officer of EFS, Tariq Chauhan, said: “As we continue to find ourselves firmly amid this global pandemic, we more than ever need specialized and effective cleaning at the top of everyone’s agenda no matter which industry or service sector.
