DM Development proudly announced the results of its outstanding third quarter in 2020, selling all units of The Groove Sokhna Resort’s Brellia village. The company achieved EGP 700 Million in sales of 400 units in Brellia village, along with EGP 300 Million selling all 102 units of Sereia’s 1st phase, being one of the most unique villages in The Groove Sokhna with panoramic view of the sea.

Managing Director of DM Development, Dr. Ahmed Abd El-Hamid, declared: “DM Development seeks leveraging the current prosperity of sales volume, during the Q4 of 2020. We are eying EGP 400 Million, selling Sereia’s 2nd phase and Capella’s units. Moreover, the company targets reinforcing its sales in 2021 to achieve EGP 1bn. Our plan is finishing sales of Sereia’s chalets, in addition to selling villas in the exceptional Gala and Capella.”

DM has collaborated with Global Waste Water Solution (GWWS), to carry out networks, utilities, and integrated infrastructure at The Groove Sohkna in 2020. Ensuring optimum standards, pools construction is finished on the first terrace, while pools construction on the second terrace is under progress, along with roads paving and tree planting. In light of the company’s commitment to provide all services to the first phase owners, the company finished constructing the first phase of the beach, including: preparing the beach, building a club house with 2 pools and launching several restaurants and cafes.

The Groove Sokhna Resort is located on al-Zafarana road, 35 minutes away from the New Capital and 45 minutes away from Cairo new gates. The resort houses 1700 residential, administrative and retail units. The project’s built-up area is 15% only, the beach area represents 13% of the resort, spanning over 11 Feddan, while lakes and pools area is 16%, covering 13 Feddan. Green and service areas are 56% of the resort.
